Returns:
We understand that in some cases products may need to be returned. You can return products ordered directly from the Sheni & Teni website within 14 calendar days after the date your product was shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email info@sheniandteni.com to obtain more information on how to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale and discounted items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not permitted at this time, unless there is a fault with the product ie a puzzle set has a missing piece at the point of delivery to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt - along with order confirmation showing date of purchase, to organise exchange.
Delivery:
Dispatch will be within 1 - 3 working days.
UK Deliveries - Please allow for 2 - 3 working days after dispatch
Two options are provided for 2nd class mail – (i) Standard and (ii) Tracked & Signed. By selecting Standard – you are accepting all risks of loss or damage by Royal Mail. We will not be liable for replacing or refunding any undelivered items.
Europe - Please allow for 3 - 5 working days after dispatch
US & Africa Delivery - Please allow for 5 - 7 working days after dispatch
By selecting the untracked postage option for International deliveries, you are accepting all risks of loss or damage by Royal Mail and their delivery partners. We will not be liable for replacing or refunding any undelivered items.
